Tom is a Principal in the Greensboro office with primary responsibility for client relationship management and investment portfolio management. He works with clients to customize individualized investment strategies to complement their goals and objectives. Tom is also responsible for the ongoing oversight of client investment portfolios to insure compliance with each client’s respective investment policy.
Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Tom served as Market Investment Director and Portfolio Manager for U.S. Trust. Additionally, he worked with Crestar Bank in Richmond, VA and began his career with Bankers Trust Company in New York. Tom has over 30 years of experience working with individuals, families, and institutional clients.
Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from James Madison University. He holds the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
