Romil is CEO and President of Astreya. Headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, Astreya has over 2,300 employees globally who serve a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, including technology, finance, and healthcare. Prior to Astreya, Romil served as CEO of Atlanta-based KORE Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KORE), a global leader in Internet of Things Solutions and worldwide IoT Connectivity-as-a-Service. His passion for bringing strategy and innovation together has fueled a long list of leadership accomplishments for over 30 years in the technology sector, including two prior CEO jobs, a public company in PRGX and a PE-Owned company, Lochbridge. He also helped run a $9 billion P&L at CSC (now DXC).
His recognitions include being identified as one of the Most Influential People in Financial Operations by The Institute of Financial Operations (IF0); a prior member of the FORBES Technology Council; and a member of the Board of Directors of Perficient (NASDAQ: PRFT); Nephrodite.
He received a Bachelor of Engineering from the Directorate of Engineering (DMET – Calcutta, India); and an MBA (Information Systems) from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
