Lynanne is the Fiduciary Tax Officer at Diversified Trust, where she oversees fiduciary tax matters. In this role, she leads the firm’s tax reporting process, reviews trust returns for trusts where Diversified Trust serves as trustee, and collaborates with the Fiduciary Services team on tax-related issues. She is also a member of the Trust and Investment Committee. In addition, Lynanne serves as a relationship manager and has responsibility for the management and oversight of client relationships.
Before joining Diversified Trust, Lynanne was a Senior Vice President at Truist Bank (formerly BB&T) in Martinsville, VA, advising high-net-worth clients on estate and tax planning, charitable giving, investment management, and fiduciary services across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Lynanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from American National University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia. She continues to enhance her expertise through ongoing education in estate planning, tax law, ethics, and professional development.
She is actively involved in her community, serving on the Advisory Board for the Community Foundation Serving Western Virginia, the Executive Committee of the Roanoke Valley Estate Planning Council and the Kings Grant Regional Advisory Council. In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sunnyside Retirement Communities, the Board of Directors for the Martinsville Henry County SPCA, the Board of Trustees for the Piedmont Arts Association and is a member of Women in Philanthropy in Martinsville and Henry County.
