Katherine serves as the Human Resources Advisor, overseeing various aspects of daily HR operations. Her role includes managing performance reviews, administering benefits, and contributing to initiatives aimed at fostering the firm’s culture and supporting its growth.
Before joining Diversified Trust, Katherine built a career in healthcare administration, where she held the position of Director of Business Services and Development for physician-owned medical practices.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
