Carol oversees the firm’s private equity strategies and is a member of the Investment Team. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Carol spent 23 years at Vanderbilt University and most recently served as the Managing Director of Private Markets. In that capacity, she was responsible for a diversified global portfolio of private equity investments and was an integral member of the team overseeing Vanderbilt’s endowment fund. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and began her career in public accounting at KPMG.
Carol graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She received a Master of Business Administration cum laude from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Steering Committee for Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN) and has also been appointed to four investor advisory committees for private equity funds based in California and Boston.
