G. Thomas Curtis
Tom founded our Nashville office in 1998 along with John Eason and served as its Managing Director until 2013. Tom started our Institutional Advisory Services group and is also actively involved in the management and oversight of client relationships and new business development. Previously, Tom served as treasurer and chief financial officer of Therapeutics Antibodies where he was responsible for taking that company public on the London Stock Exchange. In addition, Tom previously served as a Partner of J.C. Bradford & Co.
Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago. He currently serves as a board member for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Employee Benefit System, Baptist Healing Trust, and Montgomery Bell Academy. He is also a member of Leadership Nashville and a founding member of Meharry Medical College’s Circle of Friends. Tom has served as Chairman of the Metro Nashville Arts Commission and on the boards of Nashville Public Radio, the Nashville Ballet, Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, Nashville Sports Council, and Friends of Warner Parks.
